Marketplace terms
Component sellers, licenses and charges are disclosed before purchase.
Approval status
A counsel-approved marketplace agreement has not been supplied, and this build has no enabled marketplace checkout. Installing from an external source never levies a fee; no purchase can be made here.
Seller terms
- Seller of record: the publisher is the seller of record for its package; Docsloth processes the purchase and does not become the seller.
- Tax responsibility: the seller is responsible for its taxes; tax treatment is disclosed before purchase and validated per seller country and category.
- No payments: the component marketplace is free. Publishing and installing components processes no payment; no seller payouts exist. Paid hosting subscriptions are billed separately through Stripe.
- Licence scope: an artifact licence and a hosted-service subscription are different rights; the terms of each are shown before purchase, and one does not imply the other.
- Updates and support: the update and support period is stated separately from the licence, including for one-time code licences.
- Refunds and chargebacks: responsibility follows the seller of record and the processor’s rules, shown before purchase; no transferable or cash-redeemable service credits are offered.
- Moderation: listings are checked for declared permissions, digests and licences; install scripts are refused on control-plane hosts.
- AI purchases: an agent can never purchase solely because it found a useful component; an owner authorizes the purchase.
Actions
Actions
- Read seller terms
Jumps to the seller terms above; every purchase in a configured marketplace must disclose item, price, licence, seller, tax and refund rules before confirmation.
- Refund help
Routes to support. Refunds follow the seller of record and payment processor rules; no marketplace checkout is enabled in this build, so there is nothing to refund.
